Final Walk-Through

Typically scheduled the day before or the day of closing, this visit lets you confirm that everything is in the expected condition—clean, working, and ready. We’ll walk through together and make sure nothing’s been left behind or overlooked.

Utilities & Services

We’ll provide a list of trusted local providers in the Auburn–Opelika area to make setting up utilities easy.

Handling the Unexpected

Minor issues can still come up. Whether it’s a repair or a last-minute detail, we’ll help get it resolved quickly and with as little stress as possible.

Closing Day

This is it. You’ll sign your final documents, wire funds or bring a certified check, and receive the keys. Once everything is complete—the home is officially yours.
